Lungora Review: Our Full Independent Assessment
Lungora is a real, active brand with a fully transparent ingredient list, positioned around respiratory wellness, healthy lung function and everyday vitality.
If you want a simple, once-daily supplement covering nerve health, circulation and antioxidant support, it is a reasonable choice — with a couple of transparency gaps worth knowing about first.
What Lungora is
Lungora is a once-daily capsule positioned to support respiratory wellness, healthy lung function, comfortable breathing and everyday vitality, built around six named ingredients: Magnesium Glycinate, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Butcher's Broom Root Extract, L-Carnitine, Turmeric Extract and Coenzyme Q10. It is sold direct-to-consumer in 2, 3 and 6-bottle bundles, priced from $79 to $49 per bottle, with a 60-day money-back guarantee.
How the formula is designed
Rather than resting on one ingredient, Lungora layers nerve health, circulation and cellular energy, and antioxidant defense together — a combination the brand connects to its respiratory wellness and vitality positioning. See our full piece on how the six ingredients work together.
What genuinely holds up
Every ingredient named individually. No proprietary blend, which is more transparent than many competitors.
Magnesium glycinate is well-chosen. A well-absorbed form of a mineral with solid nerve-health evidence — see our piece on magnesium.
A standardised turmeric extract. 95% curcuminoids, per one source, more specific than most competitors disclose.
A layered, well-designed combination. Nerve health, circulation and antioxidant defense are complementary, sensible categories — see CoQ10 and turmeric and Butcher's Broom and circulation.
Where it falls short
Per-capsule dosing is mostly undisclosed. Beyond the turmeric standardisation note, milligram amounts are not published.
No published results timeline. Unlike some comparable supplements, there is no brand-stated window for expecting a difference.
Unverified review sourcing. Any displayed ratings or testimonials on the brand's own pages are not independently audited by us.
Pricing and value
At $79 per bottle for the 2-bottle package, this is the least efficient entry point. At $49 per bottle on the 6-bottle bundle, pricing is reasonable for a wellness formula in this category.
Who it suits
Adults who want a simple, once-daily supplement covering nerve health, circulation and antioxidant support as part of a respiratory wellness and vitality routine.
Who should skip it
Anyone who needs per-capsule dosing confirmed before trying any supplement. That information is mostly not published here.
Anyone with persistent breathing symptoms. See a doctor for a proper evaluation alongside any general wellness routine.
Anyone on blood thinners, diabetes medication or blood pressure medication who has not yet discussed this formula's ingredients with their doctor.
The verdict
Lungora is a competently assembled wellness capsule — nerve support, circulation, and antioxidant defense, working together toward the brand's respiratory wellness and vitality positioning. Its main limitation is dosing transparency, shared with much of this product category.
Buy it as a general daily wellness supplement, understand that per-capsule amounts are mostly not disclosed, and it is a reasonable, ingredient-transparent product to consider.
